螺桿式冷水機(jī)

     一、制冷能力

    它是螺桿式冷水機(jī)一個很重要的技術(shù)參數(shù)，其可以關(guān)系到整臺機(jī)組的工作效率。制冷能力主要表現(xiàn)在制冷量，也就是在一定工況下，冷水機(jī)組單位時間內(nèi)從被冷卻物體吸取的熱量，單位為kw/h，我們也會經(jīng)常使用Kcal/h（1kw/h=860Kcal/h）。制冷量是隨著冷水機(jī)組類型和規(guī)格的不同來決定，所以用戶想要達(dá)到自己的制冷需求，應(yīng)該根據(jù)實(shí)際需求選擇適合自己的冷水機(jī)組。

    二、輸入功率、耗電量

    對于螺桿式冷水機(jī)而言，輸入功率是指所有壓縮機(jī)軸功率之和，單位為kw。用戶購買的冷水機(jī)組型號不同，溫度要求不同，輸入功率會有所變化，具體的輸入功率大家可以參考壓縮機(jī)廠家資料（東躍進(jìn)常用的螺桿壓縮機(jī)品牌是臺灣漢鐘、德國比澤爾）。

    耗電量則是指機(jī)組在設(shè)計(jì)工況下，單位時間的總用電量，單位為kw。

    三、冷凍水、冷卻水流量

    這個是指機(jī)組在設(shè)計(jì)工況下，分別通過蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器的水流量，單位為m3/h。從蒸發(fā)器通過的水流量，我們稱之為冷凍水流量；從冷凝器通過的水流量，我們稱之為冷卻水流量。螺桿式冷水機(jī)通常是選擇殼管式蒸發(fā)器/冷凝器，對于有特殊要求的機(jī)組，也會選擇采用不銹鋼板式蒸發(fā)器（根據(jù)客戶使用行業(yè)來具體選擇）。

    四、水壓降、制冷性能系數(shù)等

    螺桿式冷水機(jī)的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)表現(xiàn)在以上三部分，當(dāng)然也還有我們比較耳熟的水壓降，或是制冷性能系數(shù)等等。水壓降是指機(jī)組在設(shè)計(jì)工況下，水流經(jīng)蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器的壓力損失，單位為mH2O；制冷性能系數(shù)是指制冷量與輸入功率之比，W/W。

It is an important technical parameter of screw chiller, and it can be related to the work efficiency of the whole unit.
