工業(yè)冷凍機(jī)是一款可以提供工藝低溫冷凍水的制冷設(shè)備，溫度不僅可控制在0～35℃，更可以控制在零下40℃，從而達(dá)到工業(yè)制冷的目的。下面機(jī)械就為您介紹如何正       確使用工業(yè)冷凍機(jī)。

    1、來操作這臺工業(yè)冷凍機(jī)的操作人員，一定要有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并經(jīng)過相關(guān)培訓(xùn)，掌握操作技能，能夠遵守安全操作規(guī)程來進(jìn)行工作。

   2、在操作冷凍機(jī)之前，要先檢查冷卻水閥是否打開，冷凍機(jī)的水箱是否有加滿水，冷卻水壓是否正常，切忌在缺水時進(jìn)行操作。

   3、水冷式冷凍機(jī)的開啟順序是：先開冷卻水泵，再開啟壓縮機(jī)；而關(guān)機(jī)順序則是先關(guān)閉壓縮機(jī)，然后關(guān)閉冷卻水泵。

   4、工業(yè)冷凍機(jī)的冷凍水溫度不可設(shè)置太低，否則會降低機(jī)組的制冷效率，并有可能導(dǎo)致機(jī)組出現(xiàn)低溫保護(hù)動作而停機(jī)。您將溫度設(shè)定在工廠需求溫度稍低即可，必要時可以一邊操作一邊調(diào)試，根據(jù)實(shí)際需要來調(diào)設(shè)水溫。

   5、當(dāng)工業(yè)冷凍機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障報(bào)警導(dǎo)致停機(jī)后，一定要先將機(jī)組停機(jī)（按停機(jī)按鈕），然后檢查故障原因，在故障沒有排除前不得強(qiáng)行開機(jī)運(yùn)行。故障問題嚴(yán)重時，請記得聯(lián)系工業(yè)冷凍機(jī)廠家來進(jìn)行維修處理。

  6、在沒有緊急的情況下，不可通過切斷主機(jī)電源來關(guān)閉機(jī)組。如果在運(yùn)行時工業(yè)冷凍機(jī)發(fā)生異常情況，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉電源并通知維修人員處理。

 7、如果在冬季不需要使用工業(yè)冷凍機(jī)，機(jī)組要長期停止運(yùn)行，請先關(guān)閉機(jī)組，再關(guān)閉電源。記得一定要將系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的水排放干凈，并用布罩將冷凍機(jī)遮蓋起來。

You set the temperature in the factory demand temperature is slightly lower, if necessary, you can operate while debugging, according to actual needs to adjust the water temperature.

5, when the industrial refrigerator malfunction alarm, resulting in downtime, we must first stop the machine (press the stop button), and then check the cause of the failure, the failure is not ruled out, not forced to start running. 6, in the absence of emergency circumstances, not by cutting off the main power supply to shut down the unit. If there is an abnormal situation in the industrial chiller at the time of operation, the power shall be switched off immediately and notify the maintenance personnel to deal with it.

7, if you do not need to use industrial refrigerators in winter, the unit will stop running for a long time, please turn off the power unit first, then turn off the power supply. Remember to clean the water inside the system and cover the freezer with a cloth cover.
