水冷式冷水機(jī)組在正常運(yùn)行過程中，免不了因?yàn)橛形酃富蚱渌s質(zhì)影響制冷效果。因此，為了能延長主機(jī)組使用壽命，使制冷效果達(dá)到更佳狀態(tài)，應(yīng)定期做好維護(hù)及保養(yǎng)工作，確保冷水機(jī)組運(yùn)行質(zhì)量，提高生產(chǎn)效率。

    為方便廣大新老用戶詳細(xì)了解水冷式冷水機(jī)組的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目，工程師特意將此整理成一份操作說明書供分享。具體內(nèi)容如下：

    一、定期檢查冷水機(jī)電壓、電流量是否穩(wěn)定，壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲音是否正常，冷水機(jī)正常工作時(shí)，電壓為380V，電流在11A-15A范圍內(nèi)為正?，F(xiàn)象。

    二、定期檢查冷水機(jī)冷媒是否有泄漏現(xiàn)象：可參照主機(jī)正面面板高低壓表所顯示參數(shù)判定。根據(jù)氣溫（冬季、夏季）溫度變化，冷水機(jī)壓力顯示也有所不同，冷水機(jī)正常工作時(shí)，一般高壓顯示11-17kg，低壓顯示3-5kg范圍內(nèi)均為正?，F(xiàn)象。

    三、檢查冷水機(jī)散熱水系統(tǒng)是否正常，冷卻水塔風(fēng)扇及灑水軸是否運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好，冷水機(jī)內(nèi)置水箱的補(bǔ)水是否正常。

    四、冷水機(jī)使用六個(gè)月時(shí)應(yīng)做系統(tǒng)清洗，每年度清洗一次，主要清洗部分包括：冷卻水塔、散熱水管管道及冷凝器部分，以確保制冷效果更佳。

    五、冷水機(jī)長時(shí)間不使用時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)關(guān)閉水泵、壓縮機(jī)及散熱水塔總電源等電路開關(guān)。

    水冷式冷水機(jī)組需要配套冷卻水塔及循環(huán)水泵連接方能達(dá)到制冷效果，為保證循環(huán)水的質(zhì)量，可考慮在水源處安裝過濾器，以免雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入管道影響機(jī)組運(yùn)行。此外，水冷式冷水機(jī)組的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)操作相對(duì)比較復(fù)雜，如果公司內(nèi)部沒有專業(yè)人員，建議考慮請(qǐng)冷水機(jī)供應(yīng)商安排專業(yè)的技術(shù)人員處理。
